A 3-day event Lubao IBMF is probably one of the most awaited events in Pampanga, now on its 6th yr . organizers further heightened the said event as it highlights new activities this year such as the rallycross , motoparagliding , offroad and ultra-light planes.
This year 31 balloons in different colors and sizes dominated the sky and this festival is also about partying all night long from dusk till dawn. Music blaring out from both International and Local Artist such as This Band, Ben & Ben, December Avenue, Bamboo, Shanti Dope, Gloc 9 and many more fills the night.
I'm thankful to Cebu Pacific for bringing us there, it's another tick off my bucket list. And there is so much more in Pampanga than its Lubao IBMF, like the food hahaha .
