When In Iloilo: A Festive Walk to Remember

August 14, 2017

There is so much more to Megaworld’s 1.1 KM Iloilo Festive Walk Parade.  Its pastel painted buildings emulating that of the Santana Row development in California is the hub of Ilonggo’s legendary restaurants as well as international café’s and bistros

Whether you are looking for a place to eat after a long day's work, Festive walk Parade has an overwhelming restaurant selection.

And recently Iloilo Bloggers Inc. we're invited to pig out on the first four restaurants where you can have an after – work snack or a family dinner.

As they say, count the memories, not the calories.

DULGIES
First in line is the dessert haven Dulgies they specialize in making quality homemade cakes, bread, and pastries. Ever heard of a flourless cookie? They have it.  One must try the Milk Chocolate chip cookies and Milo dinosaur cake. It’s the best! Asides from their broad assortment of sugary baked goods they also have pasta and sandwiches.
Barista Ground Fit Cafe
Healthy isn't a goal it's a way of living Barista Grounds fit Cafe a go-to place where self-deprivation is zero tolerance. They also offer meal plans from Php 375.00-550.00 and all day breakfast  at php 135.00
The café resto has a great gym vibe. You can even eat your Pulled Chicken Teriyaki Wrap while doing your cardio with their chair made of a bicycle seat.
 Pizzaro
Pizza anyone?  Pizzaro probably one of that old school pizzeria in Iloilo and not to mention the leading Pizzeria given its budding branches all over the metro.
They also have a wide variety of pizza my personal favorite is their Casa Alfredo featuring white sauce pizza, chicken toppings, mushroom, roasted garlic and onion and The Works Pizza where everything is in it.
You can also choose sizes from double (6 slices) to their gigantic super gang (30 slices) other sizes available: Group (8 slices) and Gang (20 slices)
Pasta, chicken and rice meals are also available.
Pizzaro's traditional interior is cream, red and black wall accentuated with brown print bricks.
Cable Car Iloilo
One of Manila's favorite hang out spots is now in Iloilo.
Foodies will surely enjoy their foods especially the sisig pasta and the cable car pizza. Perfect place to hang out and unwind.
Cable Car Iloilo a cozy resto bar with dark wood and brown furnishings that truly gives a European atmosphere. A cozy place for late night rendezvous.
Also Chill at cable car every Saturday evening for an acoustic Saturday night.
