Now that 2013 is coming to an end I can't help but think that time is fleeting, it felt like yesterday when I wishfully jot my 2013 goals and now it's gonna end. Somehow it saddens me that soon I'll be leaving the 20 something bracket (Uurggh!) I have sooo many things that I wish I could have done when I still have the years to do it, not that I don't have anymore time only that at times I felt like I've wasted much of my youth over things that didn't necessarily help me grow. But If I were to partake some of the things that I have learned through the years to a 20 something these are definitely the things that I will tell them:

1. Take control of your life - life is one chaotic mess at times. The moment you took your degree you will feel liberty is ahead. You get your own job and earn your own money and you feel like you can have anything. But it's important to take control of your life. Never let yourself be carried by the current of a hectic mess.

2. Take some time - to put your goals and plans in perspective. You can create a life board that will inspire you and keep you going when you feel down and ready to give up.

3. Don't Be too hard on your self - don't feel bad if something doesn't agree with what you want or plan, or you don't have the talent to do this and that. Remember that it takes years for one to discover and learn their skills.

4. Quality Time - make it a habit to always set aside quality time for yourself. To be alone is a good way to reflect and recharge.

5. Be confident - What you see yourself is what other people will see too. Never underestimate yourself because the only person that could hinder you from pursuing your dreams is yourself.

And last but not the least

6.  Be in a relationship that allows you to love yourself - Never undermine your self worth over someone who doesn't help you grow.

Outfit:

I went for a stroll few days ago in one of my favorite thrift stores looking for a crocheted lace top. I remember my sister encouraging me to buy a lace top but I wanted to buy a "Real" lace top and not one of those phony one (if you know what I mean) and I know that the only place I could find real ones that are not too expensive is on thrift stores and flea market and I got really lucky that day since I didn't just spotted one but TWO crocheted lace top ! hahaha

The floral crown is my first ever d.i.y It's actually been sitting on my head for months already. I am not really particular with the color combination and that really keeps me from making one but since I wanted so badly to have many flower crowns. I started creating one and yeah this is the first. =) So gonna leave you with this and

Thank you for dropping by =)
